We are a full service marina where you can enjoy the convenience of our facilities designed to accommodate all of your boating needs. Our beautiful docks, private boat ramp and fork-lift make servicing your boat convenient and easy. All prices listed are subject to change without notice.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
Boat Wash & Detail:
Wash Down Service (soap, wash, spray 2 hr max): $200
Boat Full Detail (Starting at): $30/ft
Fork Lift Services:
- Haul out for full bottom paint job done by Mizner Marina: $4/ft
- Non rack tenant (non emergency) haul out (includes in & out): $12/ft
- Tenant & non tenant emergency haul out (includes in & out): $18/ft
- Tenant & Non Tenant After 5 pm emergency haul out: $22/ft
- Fork Lift & Operator (we provide operator): $150/hr (1 hr minimum )
Daily private rack rental (uncovered):
$50/day (4 day minimum rack rental fee)
Mechanic & Yard Labor:
Mechanic Hourly Labor Rate: $160/hr
Yard Labor (non mechanical) $100/hr (1 hr minimum charge)
Boat Bottom Painting & Prep:
Pressure & acid wash boat bottom from waterline down: $10/ft
Boat bottom scraping: Billed at yard work hourly rate
First bottom painting new/non painted hull (sand, prime, paint): $58/ft
Re-paint of bottom: $46/ft (includes pressure wash)
Sand, prime, paint trim tabs with metal paint: $200 per set of 2
Paint Skeg(s) with metal paint: $50 per skeg
Fiberglass & Gelcoat repairs:
We offer professional, on site fiberglass & gelcoat repairs. Each repair is estimated based on the difficulty of the work needed and will be priced accordingly.
Marine Zinc/Anode replacement: priced at yard labor rate + materials.
Canvas & Upholstery: From repair to full replacement, we have marine canvas and vinyl services readily available.
Fuel Filtration: Water in your fuel? Bad fuel? We can help with our fuel filtration services.
Waste/Sewage Pump Out Services: We offer mobile holding tank waste removal.
Marine Generator Service: Billed hourly & parts (job specific)
Fuel Delivery: We offer convenient and reasonably priced fuel delivery services for REC90, Regular and Marine Diesel Fuel.
Vessel Transport: We can help arrange the transport of your vessel to and from our marina whether by land or sea.
Propeller repair, refurbishing & replacement: Bent, damaged, dinged or in need of a new propeller for your boat? We can help!
Hurricane Haul Out: We offer a hurricane season haul-out plan, space is VERY limited. The agreement is annual and is not prorated. The agreement is straight forward and easy to understand. For full details on our haul out plan, please email or call us. The way the plan works is: You will pay 3x the length of your boat x the going rate per foot on rack ( ex. a 20 ft boat will pay 20x3x35=$2,100 for the season of 2024) This will cover you for unlimited haul-outs during hurricane season of the contract year, in the event a tropical storm is within 500 miles of our shoreline. At this time, we do not offer any pay per-hurricane haul out options AKA "pay per storm" haul out agreement(s).
Vessel Salvage/Re-Float Sunken Vessel: (Minimum charge of $4,500) Salvage rates start at $150/ft (price based on location, depth, weight, size and type of vessel, number of divers needed as well as other factors which will be assessed prior to starting any salvage job)
*special order paints (including any color(s) other than blue or black) are not included in pricing listed on our website. Customer may elect to have a different paint used and will be billed the difference accordingly OR may provide their own paint for us to use. Paint included in our bottom painting is Sea Hawk AF33 (anti-fouling) or similar product for previously coated bottoms. New protective systems (for hulls that have never been painted before) will require a primer as well. The primer we include is Sea Hawk "1284 Tuff Stuff" or similar product. For metal paint (aluminum hulls/trim tabs/skegs) we use Sea Hawk Color Kote, copper free paint or similar product.
**Vessels with excessively fouled bottoms or paint that has failed, requiring more than surface power washing/sanding, will be performed at the yard labor rate.

**** Non-tenant vessels arriving here for bottom painting must pay for haul-out and placement onto a service rack at the going rate listed above. Vessels arriving by trailer must be launched at our ramp and then hauled out of the water via forklift in order to have bottom paint (in addition to other work including but not limited to gel-coat, fiberglass repairs) performed. All vessels having bottom paint work performed here are subject to the above listed haul-out fee. No outside vendors may perform any bottom paint work whatsoever.
